What data
Details from inquiries and bookings (name, email, phone, country, travel dates, number of guests), for companies also company name and tax ID, online check-in data (address, date of birth, type and number of ID document), payment data and correspondence.
Purpose and legal basis
Answering your inquiry and preparing an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), concluding and performing the rental contract (b), accounting and tax obligations including local tax (c), security of the houses and the website and the pursuit of claims (f). Providing data is voluntary, but without name and email we cannot answer your inquiry.
Recipients
Server hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Email and domain: OVH (France/Poland). Electronic door lock: TTLock (Hangzhou Sciener Intelligent Control Technology, China). Only the booking number and the code validity period are transmitted, no name. Optional AI features (assistant in the house guide, reading the ID at check-in): Anthropic PBC (USA). The ID photo is not stored. Map on the website: OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom); when the map is shown, your browser transmits your IP address. If you contact us via WhatsApp: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. For bookings via Airbnb or Booking.com we receive data from those platforms. Accounting office and cleaning staff (dates of stay only, no contact details).
Transfers outside the EEA
Transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area (USA, China, United Kingdom) are based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Booking data is kept for the term of the contract and then as long as tax law requires (5 years from the end of the tax year). Inquiries that did not lead to a booking are kept for up to 3 years for possible claims, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies
The guest website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server. Only the admin area uses a technically necessary login cookie.
